Chief People Officer

Chief Marketing Officer

Details and responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing professional to be part of our executive team. Reporting to the CEO, the Chief Marketing Officer is both analytical and creative in driving marketing strategy and activities across Asia.

You:

  • Are strategic, yet possess a hands-on approach to marketing and the ability to lead and motivate people both within and outside of your team
  • Have at least 10 years of experience in B2B Strategic Marketing, ideally with exposure to healthcare and/or insurance
  • Possess superior presentation, written and verbal communication skills
  • Have experience creating and managing execution of marketing campaigns and events
  • Are flexible and able to excel in a fast-paced environment

In this role, you would be responsible for:

  • Designing and executing the overall marketing and communications strategy for CXA across Asia
  • Developing CXA’s PR and branding strategy and tactics for launching new offices, channels and product solutions
  • Enhancing CXA’s website, video, collateral, conference materials and client demos
  • Developing client & employee communications and integrated marketing campaigns
  • Working with CXA’s sales and business development teams to design and deploy market research survey reports and thought leadership white papers
  • Designing marketing and lead generation campaigns for CXA channels to improve selling and cross-selling of insurance and wellness services
  • Running marketing events for CXA and corporate clients

Senior Manager, Business Development

You have natural flair for developing new leads and turning opportunities into wins. You have and a strong sense of accountability in driving and accelerating pipeline growth. The ideal candidate will be an experienced strategic and tactical business leader in both sales and solutions-consulting development.

You will work closely with internal teams to develop and manage new sales initiatives while maintaining good relationships with Insurers. This is an opportunity to make your footprint in the history of CXA’s success. You should possess:

  • A bachelor’s degree and minimum of 10 years’ experience in Financial Services, Insurance, or Brokerage
  • CMFAS Modules 5, 9 and Certificate in Health Insurance (Singapore)
  • CFA or CFP qualifications an advantage
  • Experience in Group Insurance, Flex, and Wellness
  • Proven track record in sales development and account management
  • Articulate, confident, and able to sell at both strategic and tactical levels based on your keen sense of clients’ needs

Senior Manager/Manager, Client Relations

Details and responsibilities

Location: Singapore

You are able to design efficient solutions in-line with our Clients’ and Stakeholders’ benefit philosophies, needs, and growth plans. You identify gaps in Client portfolios and keep abreast of market trends and practices. You are adept at building rapport with Clients and Insurers. You have sound product knowledge, the ability to conduct employee presentations, and possess all licensing requirements by MAS

You would be part of the dynamic Client Relations management team to advance CXA in the industry. The Client Relations team is responsible for placing and renewing client contracts for our Corporate Employee Benefits Program. Join the team as we reach our next milestone in the CXA journey.

  • University degree in a related field with relevant industry experience.
  • Minimum 10-12 years of experience in Financial Services, Insurance or Brokerage with regional exposure

Senior/Software Engineer (Front End)

We are looking for quality-centric experienced software engineers to be part of the multidisciplinary team responsible for the design, development and research of technologies that impact our business and clients. You must have a strong drive for results, good interpersonal skills, and be a team player who has the ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • Developing Client JS websites
  • Researching, analysing, evaluating and documenting requirements for software and web applications
  • Designing and developing Internet applications using multimedia software, tools and utilities, interactive graphics and programming languages

Details and responsibilities

Location: Singapore

Requirements & Competencies:

  • Handle phone and email enquiries on employee wellness, medical and benefit plans
  • Ensure call and email details are entered into CRM system
  • Follow-Up with internal & external parties on pending cases till closed
  • Willing to work on shift rotation from 8am – 7:00pm
  • Be part of the after-office-hour helpdesk team (on rotation basis)
  • 2 – 4 years of relevant working experience in Contact Centre environment. Insurance industry would be an advantage
  • You are the voice of our company and a natural problem solver
  • Customer service is second nature for you and you are able to handle difficult situations with aplomb
  • You are personable, quick-thinking, and have excellent interpersonal skills

Claims Executive

Details and responsibilities

Location: Singapore

Requirements & Competencies:

  • Simple verification of submission of claims documents to ensure that all required information & documents are in order
  • Data-entry incoming claims into system for tracking & monitoring purposes
  • Prepare Excel and text reports for documents mailed to insurer according to the scheduled date
  • Updating on Settlement, Rejection and MDIF (missing document information)
  • Settlement advice with cheques to prepare letters and pass to Mailroom
  • Check reports against insurer portal and update the system
  • Proficient in Excel and data management
  • Excellent English writing skills
  • Flexible in terms of role and task changes
  • Has a sense of urgency, detail-oriented, and diligence

Policy Admin Executive

Details and responsibilities

Location: Singapore

Requirements & Competencies:

  • Handling of assigned accounts by ensuring accounts matters are attended in a timely manner
  • Liaising with HR- taking calls and answering emails within stipulated TAT
  • Preparing renewal data for submission to insurer & client
  • Ensure prompt and accurate billing & documentation from insurers
  • Checking new business/renewal invoice / adjustment invoice & work with insurer for any amendments and preparing premium breakdown for client (HR).
  • Upload employee movements (addition / changes / deletions) in portal and inform insurers within TAT
  • Update Insurer’s underwriting decision in portal
  • Liaise with underwriters on underwriting requirements
  • Handling appeals/escalations from client (HR/employee) on medical underwriting.
  • Technical support to Contact Centre on policy administration related areas
  • Feedback requirement on process or system changes to improve the operation efficiencies
  • Handling of daily Exception report from data uploading
  • Preparing reports for client as required.
  • Handling of undelivered emails. Liaising with HR to obtain correct email addresses of employees
  • Involve in UAT & documentation
  • A Diploma holder with minimum 2-3 years of work experience in both insurance and flex benefits
  • Able to liaise with internal and external clients to achieve common goals and meeting turnaround time
  • Incredible attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills
